The ONAP Operations Manager deploys ONAP in containers thus requiring few resources. You’ll find the instructions on OOM here: https://docs.onap.org/en/beijing/submodules/oom.git/docs/oom_project_description.html. You’ll need to setup a cloud first so read the Cloud Setup Guide (which has hardware requirements) then install ONAP as described in the Quick Start Guide and User Guide.
