Currently in master OOM branch and in staging manifest https://git.onap.org/integration/tree/version-manifest/src/main/resources/docker-manifest-staging.csv we are using following version of k8s-bootstrap-container onap/org.onap.dcaegen2.deployments.k8s-bootstrap-container,1.1.11 (Beijing release version) In order to have deployed PRH and in upcoming feature High Volume VES during ONAP installation there is need to use latest version of this container with plugin 1.4.1.
