George, To setup the creds, you can use oom/kubernetes/robot demo.sh <namespace> init_robot ; it will prompt you to enter the password for the user test, but it will afterward do some other stuff that might fail. Another solution would be to go in the pod itself, and create the file /etc/lighttpd/authorization where you can put username:password (I used test:test for instance). Then things should work.
