Hi Stephen, Any progress on this? I've asked internal resources to help try to resolve this. Is it just a configuration issue on Intel side?
I haven't been able to login to pod-01 for the last two hours. Thanks, Marcus Williams IRC, Twitter, etc. @ mgkwill Intel Corp. Currently the number of IPs in the VPN pool has been maxed out. If you receive a 'authorization' error when logging on, this is due to the lack of available VPN IP addresses. Your account did not expire, it is simply a misleading error message. I am looking at increasing the IP Pool range for the VPN server. In the meantime, if you are connected but not using the lab at the moment, please disconnect to allow others to access.
