Dear ONAP team. We noticed some slow downs today while trying to clone from gerrit.onap.org. Our infra team was helping us debugging these and noticed a large amount of fetches a day over https done from IP 71.205.221.97 (400k fetches a day). This seems to be a Comcast IP.
I wanted to check around and see if anyone can help me locate the source of these requests that seem to be causing some slow downs. If these tasks are really needed, we can always work something out like allowing for more parallel requests which I would need to check with the infra team if this is something we could possibly do.
