Hi All, We haven’t been able to solve this problem. The problem seems to be with the rancher server which crashes and is only fixed by restarting dockerd. The thing is after restarting, it comes back up and then it dies again very shortly after and then I can’t connect to tiller. I have seen this problem on multiple ONAP installs. I am running v1.6.18 of the rancher server, does anyone know how to fix this and is anyone else facing this issue?

I was not able to restart the rancher server. In fact it said that no such container existed. I had no choice but to restart docker itself. Everything seems to be working now. I tried the following commands: kubectl version helm ls kubectl -n onap get pods and they all are working fine. I ask because when I try to run the first command, I see the same kubectl error (The connection to the server 10.12.5.195:8080 was refused - did you specify the right host or port?) The problem comes from the fact that there is no service account for the Tiller service. To solve this issue, you just need to create a Kubernetes service account for Tiller and init helm.
