All, I am attempting to run the vCPE use locally. I send a plan to OOF-HAS which then attempts to write the plan to MUSIC.
I can confirm that the application namespace, keystone, and table appear to have been created correctly. On writing the plan the attempt times out. After the initiation write HAS performs a series of reads during the timeout period, ending the loop when the data in the row indicates the request is ‘finished’. In my scenario, the request remains in the ‘enqueued’ state. Can someone please suggest what factors might cause the write to remain in the enqueued state and not progress to finished?
