Modeling subcommittee had several round internal and different level discussion and yesterday modeling subcommittee call made below recommendations: https://wiki.onap.org/display/DW/2018+2H+Modeling+sub-committee+meeting+agenda+and+minutes * Because option 1 is not yet full specified, it needs more time to design, implement and be verified * Option 1 will provide stable data model (based on vCPE) by M2 model freeze and having this new DM in R3 * Option 2 : R2 resource DM as the baseline (ONAP R2+ Design-Time Resource DM clean version<https://wiki.onap.org/pages/viewpage.action?pageId=16008694&src=contextnavpagetreemode> ) by M2 model freeze. VNFD should be at least modeled based on SOL001 and reference the latest ETSI NFV SOL001 GS v2.5.1 * By M2, modeling subcommittee will compare 2 options and bring them back to TSC * Option 1 and 2 will work together to try to converge as well. * We will not make comparison before this time. Those recommendations may change before TSC meeting during committee list discussion this week.
