What: The Linux Foundation will be performing an instance resizing and
system updates on Gerrit
When: Wednesday Oct 31st, 2:00 pm Pacific Time
Why: This upgrade will help a lot with parallel fetch requests making it
more reliable to developers
who were previously facing gerrit performance issues.
Impact: gerrit.onap.org will be unavailable during this time, and Jenkins
will be paused to avoid
build failures. Feel free to use the APAC mirror though
