Hi Adam, Have you got any resolution for this issue? We have distributed the VLB closed loop via CLAMP to policy and trying to post the onset message manually. We are getting similar issue that the message is just consumed at policy but not processed. In debug logs we could not trace any errors. I can see the onset Json have few more attributes as policyversion and poclicyName.. Are these mandatory attributes for policy to process?
