Very good scenario. EMS is one solution where specific EMS implementation of that VNF can do the job of assigning the application service/configuration to appropriate VNF instance.
I guess your question may be whether ONAP has some generic mechanisms to handle the scenarios you described. I don’t think so. But would love to hear from others who are subject matter experts on SO and APP-C.
