Hi ,
We were running the test for Configure and ConfigScaleout against single VNF.
At APPC logs we are facing a Runtime exception, which says
: Rule executor not available, initialization of RequestValidationPolicy failed.
The error being as follows:

1. Is there any workaround present to fix this issue?
2. How is this error effecting the configure and ConfigScaleOut requests?
