We are doing CCVPN MR integration testing , when we insert rules in holmes ,
we got the following exception:

java.lang.RuntimeException:
org.onap.holmes.common.exception.CorrelationException: Can not access the
database.
Could you give us some guide about how to check the DCAE database status and
if the database doesn't work properly how to update it. Thanks.
