The closest reference is to a "frame-id" as an attribute of a "pnf". The functions of the "card" may be suitably modelled by a "pnf" or "device". The concept of the "slot" might possibly fit within the hardware platform awareness schema, i.e. "hpa-capacity", "hpa-capability", "hpa-feature", etc, but I'm not sure that is one of the concepts that it currently tracks.
