As suggested during the TSC meeting in DDF Paris, I had drafted the updated
scope of Multi-VIM/Cloud project to request approval from TSC (Changes are
highlighted in red on the wiki page:
https://wiki.onap.org/pages/viewpage.action?pageId=50201143 )
Please review and feel free to comment, I would like to request
a timeslot during ARC subcommittee on Feb 12th to get endorsement of ARC
subcommittee before requesting approval of TSC.

BTW, I will be on vacation due to Chinese holiday in next 8 days, I will check
the email and respond to your questions occasionally.
