Look at the vnf guidelines for naming conventions and various rules. Demo repository has most of the onap open source heat templates we use but morgan has a few more for their regression. I would start from one that is close wrt networking like a vfw or vlb since an ipsec gw sits on two networks usually. There may already be a heat template to start from depending on which ipsec gw you plan to use.
