This version incorporates the following updates: * Dependency library versions updated as provided by Amy Zwarico: https://gerrit.onap.org/r/#/c/78239/1/dependencies/pom.xml * Checkstyle fixes Please update your pom files to use oparent 1.2.3 at your earliest convenience. FYI, the next version of oparent will be 2.0.0-SNAPSHOT as some breaking changes may be required to support Jessica/LF's migration of staging jobs to the new global gerrit-maven-stage JJB template. If your project is planning to adopt this migration in Dublin, you may decide to wait for oparent 2.0.0 instead.
