Hi Ambica, The v15 URL path is already in use in Dublin. The steps to update the OXM and EdgeRule files is similar, but the tutorial on the wiki still needs some update to match the current code.
If you see the emails from Udhay, I suggest waiting until the documentation is updated, or keep using Casablanca branch for your testing.
