It looks like you need to define ${DB_ADMIN_USERNAME} in the environment. I
can't remember what this is by default but you could probably find it in
overrides.yml for SO.

I am trying to create local SO environment[1] (master branch), but I see that
catalogs-db-adapter exits with following exception:

Current charset is UTF-8. If password has been set using other charset,
consider using option 'passwordCharacterEncoding'
