Policy APIs are reachable from the K8S cluster, as you discovered. You need to use the Policy GUI: https://policy.api.simpledemo.onap.org:30219/onap/login.htm

I finally found port 8081 on the pdp service and I found the right IP for the endpoint by doing "kubectl describe service pdp". There is no cluster-ip or external-ip given in the "kubectl get service pdp" output. In my case the endpoint turned out to be 10.42.13.176:8081.
