What version of ONAP are you trying to access ? 404 means that url isnt correct.
That is old syntax and I believe the catalogdb now has a more flexible interface that matches the database table schema directly. Robot doesnt use that uri anymore for queries to the catalog and that isnt the URI to submit requests into the request database.
