From the log, it failed on executing DG: DGOrchestrator, trying to get the “capability-test”, then it switched to “Outcome: Not-supported” then sends out “error-code 450 and message”.
DMaaP is really not required only if you want to setup data bus with other components. No bug fix related to this area in Dublin. You will see the log format is quite different.
