The SNAPSHOT in nexus.onap.org will be expired / disappeared in a certain dates
(45 days?, I might be wrong). So you are not able to find that snapshot.
You would try to use my setting.xml in the attachment. You can try to build the
master code and also we are soon to release Dublin if you want to wait.
My question is why you need to compile the Casablanca branch code? You can
directly use the released docker image.
Also I am not sure the code in github.com/onap is really sync'ed with the code
on gerrit.onap.org, since I never checked from github.com/onap.
