Hi Victor,
We have some draft text proposed for the Instantiation test case description.
This should be fine for the HEAT Case, and we believe the exit criteria would
work for the TOSCA case, but would like comments and confirmation from the
TOSCA onboarding folks. The proposed text is in the merge below:

I was planning to push this in to Read The Docs on Friday CoB EST so that a
html version would be available for the DDF event.
We can always accept bug reports for further refinement to the text during El
Alto release.
