The problem has been identified and solved.
For completeness and for information here the reason and the temporary solution.

We in our Labs are using an internal Nexus Proxy connected to Docker-Hub and 
ONAP Nexus.
During the Dublin Installation the Portal-DB image (version 2.5.0) was found in 
Docker-Hub.
For some reason the image was outdated and not in sync with the image (with the 
same version) as in the ONAP Nexus.
I informed Bengt and he updated the DockerHub version, which should have been 
done automatically.

Generally these kind of problems can orrur and should be maybe solved by using 
a better versioning schema (see also
