I'd also be ok with one repo, with proper separation /build processes, that 
only builds the services that changed.  I think it’s a long debate regarding 
mono repo's, and individual repos.  They each have their own  unique advantages 
and disadvantages.

    Perhaps you would like to compare and contrast this direction with 
experience from AAI team, since already having nearly 30 repositories (mostly 
one per microservice), it might be leaning towards consolidation into fewer
