Based on the pod statuses, I'm guessing that the MUSIC on-boarding process may have timeout causing the authentication to MUSIC fail. This would make sense given that the dev-oof-music-tomcat job has taken a while to come up.
The slow-start of the tomcat can be perhaps associated with resource constraints on the environment where this was being deployed. Can you please try a quick redeploy, if the environment is now relatively stable ?
