George, That netbox.properties file doesn’t exist in the base sdnc image – it’s installed by the SDNC helm chart when running in the Kubernetes/OOM environment.
It should be safe to ignore that error, but just in case, I attached a properties file you can copy to /opt/onap/sdnc/data/properties in your SDNC docker container to eliminate the error.
