Hi Srini, According to the chart, new committers can only be nominated and voted by existing committers of the project, then endorsed by TSC. This happens every Release cycle.
Right now MultiCloud is asking every committers commitment to keep their commitment in Next 2 releases, after that we can start the nomination and votes of new committers. So be patient. Btw, I encourage those who wants to contribute to this project to join our weekly meeting whenever possible , which makes our collaboration more efficiently.
