Rene, Try to see if tickets SDNC-870 and SDNC-871 help. The error is reported by unassignBB; you go there when something else failed during instantiation. Look at the SDNC logs for more insights. If you are using SDNC cluster, check all the SDNC replicas as only one of them actually executes a given task.
