Dear team, The docker issue with the Java merge jobs is being fixed now and we are just waiting for Jenkins verify/merge to process the change. This was caused by a template change in https://gerrit.onap.org/r/#/c/ci-management/+/95345/1/jjb/global-templates-java.yaml I will help re-addressing this by suggesting to make this step either conditional or make a specific multiarch merge job to not affect existing ones.
Once https://gerrit.onap.org/r/#/c/ci-management/+/95430/ is merged (and ci-maganegement merge job completes) please feel free to remerge your changes.
