Gerrit is accessible, but JIRA appears to have some kind of problem. It’s blocking a gerrit submission that I’m trying to make because the JIRA issue can’t be located:

I’m also not able to log in via the JIRA Web interface. My browser reports that “a communication error occurred while trying to contact the remote authentication server”.
