All,

I ran across an issue using Safari with the LF support page that I wanted to 
share with the community.

When I was looking at my tickets, I was noticing that the original text that I 
entered wasn’t being displayed – I’d just see a line at the bottom of the page 
saying “Details” with nothing underneath it.  I thought at first it was a 
limitation in the tool on the length it would display, but I found that the 
page displays just fine for me if I use Firefox instead.

Just wanted to let folks know so that other Safari users don’t run into the 
same issue.
