All PTLs and committers, I am working with Brandon from LF to create launch messaging for the El Alto release. Since this is a mostly non-functional release, the launch will be somewhat light.
Unlike previous releases, we are going to try a new process — *Can I please request that all PTLs/committers (if PTLs are out of office) send me a list of key updates for your projects by end-of-business October 7?* Since we don't expect features (for the most part), please focus the messages around stability, security, scalability, performance, documentation, usability, resilience, manageability.
