Your CSAR looks OK for me.
But the nvf resource table I couldn’t see your resource.
Can you perform the distribution operation and get the logs.

Yes I checked the tables. I am facing the same issue that you are referring to
the "service" table is populated with the required details and "resource_order"
as well, but the resource table doesn't have the resource details, I believe it
is not populated because the CSAR doesn't have any heat template. The resource
table I am referring to is "vnf_resource" table. Is there any other table for
non-heat template VF CSARs files.

For some issues I had to bring-up another instance of ONAP. So here are the new
CSAR files that I have created, the procedure is same as that I have followed
earlier. Attaching the new files for your reference as the UUID gets differed.
Please let me know if you need any other log files.
