The current master and elalto branches requires image
registry.hub.docker.com/onap/multicloud/framework-artifactbroker:1.4.2 which is
not downloadable.
It’s broken by change 8e8dd7d4efcb6050643caf7eb138a6b1cfb3d674. There is
created JIRA ticket MULTICLOUD-844<https://jira.onap.org/browse/MULTICLOUD-844>
since 10/01 and the following suggested patches:
https://gerrit.onap.org/r/c/oom/+/96789 in master
https://gerrit.onap.org/r/c/oom/+/97170 in elalto
