I would like to update the list to reflect more the reality of the contributors. Before starting promoting contributors, it makes sense to clean a little bit. The procedure today (https://wiki.onap.org/pages/viewpage.action?pageId=11929094) does not include a cron job to clean the list after a given period of inactivity (1 year for instance). I am not sure that not contributing corresponds to a demonstrated failure to perform duties.. The removing can be done only on demand of the user or by vote of the existing committers. I would like to know if the existing committer listed in the INFO.yaml who have not contributed for more than 6 months are still planning to be involved. if not, could they send a mail to officialize it.
