ONAP Community, El Alto updates have now been made on the ONAP website and wiki page and we are officially out the door with the 5th release of ONAP! Per Catherine, three key themes emerged during the El Alto release:
- *Security by Design* – seeking to make components with fewer vulnerabilities and more impervious to attack - *Document as You Code* – improving documentation, developing new user guides, and integrating Swagger for API documentation - *Don’t Break the Build* – increasing test coverage and E2E Test automation Learn more from her blog post as well as the other links below: - El Alto Blog from TSC Chair <https://www.onap.org/blog/2019/10/30/scaling-the-heights-with-the-onap-el-alto-release> - Software Landing Page <https://www.onap.org/software> - El Alto Messaging Doc <https://wiki.onap.org/display/DW/El+Alto+Messaging> - El Alto PTL Project Updates <https://wiki.onap.org/display/DW/El+Alto+Release+Key+Updates> - EL Alto Docs & Release Notes <https://docs.onap.org/en/elalto/index.html> A big "thank you" to the community for delivering 2500+ epics, user stories, tasks, and defects addressed, and marking a significant advance to the platform.
