In Frankfurt , ONAP is planning to add in SDC the controller_actor field with ENUM of SDNC, APPC, and CDS, within a context of a VF/PNF RESOURCE. This will allow the designer to select either CDS or APPC for executing scale out for configuration. If this is a critical use case for your organization and you are looking to contribute/certify this use case for Frankfurt release, please keep Scott and I posted.
