The http timeout prevails over RECIPE_TIMEOUT, this is due to having one BPMN workflow calling another BPMN. In Dublin, we need to send the PNF registration before 60s. If order to avoid the http timeout you may need to create a single BPMN where you handle both the PNF registration and service creation, for instance: https://git.onap.org/so/tree/bpmn/so-bpmn-infrastructure-flows/src/main/resources/process/CreateVcpeResCustService_simplified.bpmn
