Hello Deepak, Based on your log message, it looks like you may be hitting the issue reported in the POLICY-1939 ticket in El Alto. The workaround would be to bounce the pod that the message is complaining about to force the PAP to re-synchronize. In the case of the message above, issue a "kubectl delete pod dev-policy-drools-0 -n onap" or whichever pod relates to the message reported in your install.
