Hi,
I tried to manually create a volume and then attach it to an instance and that
works.
What is not working is to create a new instance and use as boot source a volume.
This issue we have long time now and i din't face any issue when i run the same
heat template couple of weeks ago without problems.
I think in that template what is happening is creating an empty volume and
simply attach it to the nfs instance.
>From "openstack stack resource show" i get the following:

Can you check the details of resource 149084a3-70d3-46d2-b3f8-633762756896 by
running command as below (don’t remember exact syntax):
openstack stack resource show 149084a3-70d3-46d2-b3f8-633762756896
This will report the error details for that specific heat resource

Looks like something in your environment isn’t allowing the Cinder storage to
be created.
You need to check you openstack logs to see what the problem is.

I run the same heat template couple of weeks ago and was working to our
openstack, so i suspect has to do something with our platform maybe?
