Looking at the names of the hosts you're running commands on you're running kube cli commands from *elaltornd-nfs* and vcpe script from *elaltornd-k8s-04* - please copy your kube config from the former to the latter one to $HOME/.kube/config and you should be fine. Vcpe scripts running on k8s host need access to the cluster API.
