Yes, we have seen that issue for long time now. Considering that a bunch of deployments have been deleted, the better approach is to reinstall ONAP. I want to make sure that policy and CDS have all the pending chart commits merged, as make onap takes ~1 hour and at this point changing things in the charts on the fly is a pain.

It’s a nasty side affect of that strategy.
