Well I never did in depth investigation for El Alto but my short 
grepping through oom helm charts shows that outside of AAF project it 
was used only in dmaap...

For F I see some traces (this may be not enabled or not working) in:
dmaap
nbi
portal
sdnc
portal-sdk
