Dear ONAP Community,
On behalf of the ONAP TSC, I want to kick-off the first phase of our "Guilin"
release.
>From May 7th, 2020 till May 27th 5pm PST, we want to invite the
>UseCase/Requirement Owner(s) to perform the following activities:
* Define the requirements and create the epic in JIRA and associated user
stories (at least one per impacted project).
It is important that the information will be written in a way that it will be
consumable by PTLs/Committers
* Validate with Architecture Team any new project proposal/requirements
* Consolidate company engagement (Dev, Test) including Integration Test Lead
* Update the following wiki pages
* https://wiki.onap.org/display/DW/Guilin+Release+Requirements
* https://wiki.onap.org/display/DW/Guilin+Impact+View+per+Component
Please note that any company who is submitting a use case/functional
requirement will also be requested to fix a set of non-functional requirements
associated to the components that they are impacting.

The project/component lifecyle review should be completed by M1 (Tentative
date: June 18th, 2020).
The M1 date will depend on Frankfurt Sign-off.
