Dear Portal PTL,

Can you guide me to some description of changes in Portal User Management 
regarding Frankfurt release?
According to official documentation it should be possible to add new user and 
in earlier releases this user would be synchronized with AAF.
Now I don't see this UI only the one with search field. Do I as a user need to 
have some special permissions ( I use standard demo user)?

Should I assume this is bug?

Issue is that in ONAP Portal 3.2.0.528 the UI is different and there is no "Add 
New User" button, only "Search".

I hope someone can direct me how should I add new user.
