Trevor, Let me clarify something I forgot too.
The link docs.onap.org will also contain the new documentation. So, in reality, we can just use *docs.onap.org <http://docs.onap.org>* to avoid confusion since that link will have: - the old releases (El Alto and older) which will point to documentation that was generated using submodules - the new releases (Frankfurt onwards and latest) which will point to documentation generated using the intersphinx linking.
