*ISSUE FIXED* Let me summarize the issue described above. I have solved the issue by changing the masterPassword during the "helm deploy ..." process.
For some reason, if I use the value "tim" as the masterPassword, the sdnc does not access to the mariadb-galera (Access Denied). This is due to the autogenerated password for sdnctl user ends with the charachter " *'* " , such as Wfsh9ns(bs87' . The end password character ( ' ) causes the issue. In fact changing the masterPassword, the sdnc password changes too, and it works as well.
