Calendar decision: Use Groups.io with a new, common "calendar only" group that everyone joins. This implies:-
* All meetings are added to only to this calendar and nowhere else. * Individual list calendars are disabled and meetings are migrated to the common calendar group. * PTLs, committee chairs and anyone that asks are given edit perms for the calendar. * The built in Confluence calendar is disabled.
